Single system Homecare. Flushed and pumped drain line, added condensate tabs and enzymes. Drain line leaking at evap coil. Quoted repairs and adding flood protection. Changed filter, checked electrical components and safeties, visually inspected equipment, checked electrical components and safeties, checked refrigerant levels. Found system to be operating decently. Blower wheel, evap and condenser coils dirty, minimal flood protections, drain line leaking at evap coil, blower motor has slight bearing noise on it but not pulling high amp draw. Customer asked about upgraded filter. System has biological growth in air handler suggest UV as well. Quoted repairs.
