Fan blade broke on the package unit. We replaced fan motor and blade back in may. Tested motor and it’s working properly. Will return tomorrow to replace fan blade and inspect system. Blower motor is very dirty with biological growth, and I recommend to do a chemical wash on the blower wheel. Replaced fan blades. System is working, but blower motor is shaking and out of balance. Removed blower assembly , did a chemical wash and installed back together. Same issue still happening. Blower assembly will need to be replaced. System is 11 years old and, at this point, best option would be to replace the system, due to the high cost of the repair and age. Called supply house and will take longer to get all the parts . Set a lead to quote upgrading the package unit, for Monday morning. We should be able to credit back the cost of the repairs done, for this unit, if customer upgrade the system. (1214,00 (on may) plus 299,00 today).
