Customers three handle shower valve up in the kid's bathroom was leaking from the hot side. As well, their hose bib on the left side of the house as you're facing, the front door had a cracked packing nut, causing it to leak from the stem. Customer agreed to have the three handle.Shower valve rebuilt and the hose bib replaced with a quarter turn and a new emergency shutoff.Valve on the inside that was better located for easier access. Drained the house down and performed all said work above. I then tested by slowly turning the water back on and priming all of the air out of the lines and testing for leaks. The packing notes on the shower valves were a little tight on the diverter and cold water.So I loosened those up a little bit to the customer's satisfaction. Tested the hose bib for functionality and as well as leaks.No leaks, I left the hose bib winterized. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs
