Upon arrival customer stated that ac unit stopped working and that there was a loud noise coming from the outdoor unit. After inspection of 7 year old system found that unit had a failed contactor. Ants got inside the connections points.Advised customer of dirty condenser coils and blower wheel. Recommended cleaning blower wheel,condenser coils,and changing contactor. customer approved to have done today and signed up 1 system for homecare maintenance plan. First visit will be done in the fall season.
