Cut out 40 gallon leaking water heater to install new 50 gallon natural gas heater with 4 year addition warranty kit. Also replaced PRV, original pressure to home reading 118 psi. Installed new ,aim valve under courtesy as well. Water heater included all new water copper piping, new piping to t&p, pan, expansion tank and strap, gas fittings and gas line, as well as shutoff for water heater. Heater and water turned on to test and ensure proper function. Pressure to home reading 70psi.
