came out to a no cool. After a full diagnosis I found that the system had a bad capacitor and contactor. I replaced both those parts and found that condenser fan motor was also seized up. I gave the customer the option to replace that part but he declined. The customer will need to repair that part in order to finish the diagnostic check. I offered to have an Install supervisor come out and quote all new equipment considering it’s over 20 years old and is r22 but the customer also declined.
