Homeowner had us out today because his system is not cooling properly. Upon arrival we noticed that the system is except for 76 and the system is not operable at the moment. We found that the common terminal was shorting out to R terminal due to wire touching and needing to be re wired. Homeowner approved to have low-voltage repair made. We also checked refrigerant pressures, which were within manufacture, specifications, and cleared out the drain
