Homeowner had us out today due to the system not cooling on the main floor. Upon arrival we noticed that is currently 86° inside the home. We set the system for cooling and noticed that the blower motor does not start and the coil starts to freeze over. We tested the ECM motor and found that the motor has failed and needs to be replaced. We also noticed some biological growth on the inside of the system. Homeowner will reach back out to us to figure out next steps.
