Our client reached out to us in reference to brown water that were coming out of the bathroom fixtures within the home early this morning. Client stated that the issue began clearing up as day progress. Through my evaluations, I can still see a brownish tint in the water inside the toilet. As part of my thorough evaluation I know the water heater has ran this course in time and also has an expansion tank that is no longer functioning properly. The same item is not supported to a stable surface and it’s causing the waterline to sag and possibly break. A couple estimates have been left for these matters stated. I follow up on these estimates will occur Monday, July 14th. Water pressure 60 psi.
