During our visit, the customer mentioned she noticed water leaking from the water heater area. Upon inspection, I noticed the cold water pipe to the water heater had busted. Multiple estimates were provided and presented to the customer. An estimate was approved and work began. A new 50 gallon gas water heater was installed in the storage room. The old water heater was removed and hauled away. The single wall venting was replaced with B vent. A new expansion tank, drain pan, and leak alarm were all added during the install.
