During our visit, the customer mentioned he was looking to remove his water filtration system due to age and lack of maintenance. I spoke with the customer about multiple solutions. A few estimates were provided and presented to the customer. An estimate was approved and work began next day. The old water softener was removed and a new Halo Ultimate whole home water filter was installed. A bypass was added for the post filter, along with the entire water filter system. The cold side of the water heater was repiped with a new expansion tank and ball valve. An appointment was scheduled for us to return on Monday the 15th to complete the flush procedure on the unit.
