Arrived for no heat on main level system. Thermostat was blank and there is power to furnace. Wet switch sitting in pan had tripped from water in pan. There was a plumbing leak on second floor plumbing that dripped down onto main floor. Water leaked into floor registers and into main level system in basement. Water was observed in furnace drain pan tripping wet switch. Wet switch was damaged and could not be rest after continuous efforts. Removed debris and sitting water from furnace pan and inside furnace. Received verbal approval over the phone from Courtney Bates, property manager, for today’s repairs. Installed wet switch, wired into furnace and tested system operation. Emailed invoice to courtney@atlantafinehomes.com. System is fully operational at time of service. Received verbal approval to run cc on file for today’s repairs.
