HVAC inspection. Upon arrival system not working. Condensate pump safety switch cut power because pump was full of water. Got water out of pump and system is now on and heating. Recommend condensate pump cleaning. Blower wheel is dirty, recommend cleaning before dirt causes blower motor to burn out. System has biological growth in it, recommend adding medical grade uv light to permanently rid the system of growth, it also cleans the system and the air in the house. Capacitor failed, recommend replacing it. Lineset not insulated properly, recommend insulating.
