Replaced electric water heater, located in the parts closet ceiling, with all required code upgrades. Technician also found water pressure to the building to be against code and is too high. Until water pressure has been corrected, no warranty can be provided on today’s work. An estimate has been provided to correct water pressure and repair additional leak found in the main water entry closet.
