Technician replaced failed Pressure Reducing Valve for the building. Tech also replaced main emergency water shut-off valve, building drain down valve and code compliant y-strainer valve. New water pressure to the building was set, and confirmed at 60 PSI. (pictures attached) Water was restored to the building, and all work completed was checked for leaks and proper functionality. Air was bled from the system through all plumbing fixtures throughout the establishment. A walk through was completed with management, work area was thoroughly cleaned up and payment was successfully collected.
