Today I came out for 2 system home care. For the furnace located in the attic controlling upstairs level, I inspected all electrical components, checked gas pressures, static pressures, blower wheel, evaporator coils heat exchangers, duct work, cleaned flame sensor, cleaned inducer draft tubing, changed the filter, and cleared drain lines. The blower wheel and evaporator coils have dirt and debris built up on fan blades. For the furnace located in the garage controlling the main and bottom levels, I performed the same maintenance as the other furnace. This too had dirt and debris built up on blower wheel and evaporator coils. The static pressure on the supply side was extremely high. I recommend either adding ducts, but it would be best to replace them with a bigger size. For both outdoor units I inspected all electrical components and coils. Both condenser coils will need a cleaning come spring time. After going over all my findings and options Cathy would like for me to clean both
