Performed diagnostic on 23yr old furnace with 10yr old ac unit, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t cooling properly and they had several ppl look at it, also stated someone added refrigerant on July 4th, customer stated the person had a grey jug and a yellow jug, explain to customer not sure what type of refrigerant was added to system with the color of the jugs, checked tstat, already in ac mode, went in attic inspected duct work unit is short on return and supply, only have enough airflow for 2.5 ton system, customer has a 3ton system, recommend increasing supply and return for proper airflow, inspected evap coil, slight rust at bottom of coil, blower wheel heavily impacted and noisy, recommend pulling and cleaning blower, blower can still fail due to age, no safety switch in secondary drain pan, recommend TE flood protection wet switch, inspected outdoor unit, coil is slightly impacted, checked capacitor, contactor, upon checking amp draw, compressor is over amping on startup
