A week before the scheduled inspection, I called and rescheduled due to a conflict. (Doctor’s appointment). At the time of both making the initial appointment and changing the appointment, I requested the following: 1. That the tech be able to repair a broken strap holding a sprinkler head; 2. That the tech be able to replace three sprinkler head covers; and 3. The tech be able to reprogram the alarm auto-dialer that calls in case of an emergency. The tech, Kyle, showed up on the original date scheduled, which then caused me to have to reschedule my doctor’s appointment, incurring a missed appointment fee. He did have three sprinkler head covers, but it was not on the work order, nor was the strap replacement nor the auto dialer reprogramming. He was only able to inspect the fire suppression system and the fire extinguishers, and replace the covers. He was not able to fix the strap or reprogram the phone. I also requested a copy of the sprinkler and extinguisher reports to be emailed to me to submit to the state of Michigan. I am still, weeks later, waiting for them. Needless to say, I am VERY UNHAPPY!
