I have two repairs that need to be done. One at the middle school and one at the high school. I actually called in for an emergency service for the middle school and they told the principal it might be two weeks. That is a crock. I need you guys to get in there and fix it.

Annual alarm inspection, Siemens panel in trouble and supervisory at arrival due to service on risers that are sit down until service can be completed. Tested both buildings, reports uploaded. Was not able to locate one duct for RTU in main church and one duct in burgess was not able to be tested due to not being powered from ahi that was shut down. Batteries need replaced. (2) 12v 12ah in Facp and booster need new connectors needed for battery leads, 2) 12v 7ah in pad 3, (1) 12v 7ah Honeywell dialer main church, (1) 12v 7ah Honeywell dialer in life center Buildings are not currently monitored. Customer would like to get us in ASAP for monitoring as fire Marshal has them on hourly fire watch.
