For this job, I work on an evaluation on this heat pump system not heating nor cooling. As I arrived, I turned on the system and only the indoor fan would come on. I went to the outside system and nothing was coming on. Board was showing a code which meant that the system had a bad fan motor and a bad inverter board. Customers mentioned that they will not pay the service fee and that they will call the office for a better understanding of why they're being charged the service fee.
