For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's house because the system was not cooling. Indoor unit was running but not blowing out cold air. At the outdoor unit the compressor was on and running but the fan was not, the system utilizes a single run capacitor for the compressor only as the fan is an x-13 variable speed motor. I reset power to the system and the compressor kicked on however the fan did not kick on until roughly 3 to 5 minutes after the compressor. I recalled the last fault codes on the board and it said the system was throwing a high pressure cut off fault likely because the fan was not running but the compressor was and pressure within the system was building too high so it shut down in order to preserve the compressor. When the fan came on and the system was running like it was supposed to I gauged up where I had a 5⁰ SC and a 17⁰ SH. I tested power at the condenser fan motor plug and had both 240 and 24 volts indicating that that motor module is failing. I am uns
