Colby F. is a very polite young man who takes a lot of pride in doing his work and doing is very well. He was very diligent in working in a timely manner and explained everything to my understanding. I will request him the next time a technician is needed to work on my unit.

Arrived for super tune up Filters recently replaced by homeowner Current filters are good Mass build up on both systems indoor coil - reccomended coil clean Mass build up on blower wheel - reccomended blower clean High LRA on both systems - reccomended compressor saver kit or soft start kit Washed outdoor coils and tightened connections Added home and budget plan to non member system and upgraded membership to home and budget on current membership system Systems left on 71 heat at exit

Returned and installed filter upgrade. Did a complimentary coil spray and a sanitizing spray. When I left system running and heating.

On arrival system running and cooling producing 16 degree delta with a subcool of 8. Indoor unit clean, coil dirty but otherwise in good shape. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. Recommended iaq 1000 electrostatic filter. Pausing call to allow filter to be ordered.

On arrival system running producing a 22 degree delta. System passed all electrical testing outside of the compressor overamping on start up. The systems LRA is 79 and it was pulling 89 today. I recommended a compressor saver to address this and extend the life of the compressor. Compressor saver kits lower the amp draw on start up by 30-40 percent.

Arrived for STU All components were working and in tolerance Cap was out of tolerance and refrigerant was low Leak detected and found leak Relayed information to customer Customer did not want to get new coil or replace system at this time. Recommended IAQ 200, compressor saver, cap, line set cover, refrigeran, and membership Customer okayed all recommendations. Installed everything, charged up system and system was running when I left.

Tech arrived at a service call. Upon inspection, the furnace control board was recieving low voltage but not supplying it. The fan and cooling functioned but not the heat strips as they were not recieving a signal. The blower area was very dirty. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He will not be able to move forward with repairs at this time. The system was not heating upon departure.
