For this job I performed a evaluation. The unit was operating within normal limits at the time of arrival. Homeowner stated that the thermostat gave a error saying it's time for maintenance and indicating the temperature was dropping below normal functionality. I discovered both upstairs and down stairs units inducer motors were running above LRA rating on inducer tags indicating potential failure on the inducer motors themselves. I reccomended replacing the inducer motors, idlgniters, and flame sensors. I mentioned condition of the units heat exchangers and considering life of the whole furnace in general.
