For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Adding on, in the indoor unit I poured bleach down the drain line and the water would not go through, I notified the customers about this and showed evidence of what was going on, and customers approved for drain line to be cleared. At the end of the job I also showed the difference of the drain line when it was cleaned.
