2005 Carrier Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer had incorrect filter at this time Drain was clear and draining Emergency drain pan is heavily rusted Blower motor and wheel have heavy biological growth and dust build up Blower cap is out of manufacture range Evaporator coil has Biological growth and dust build up 2005 Carrier Straight Cool Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were off at this time due to cleanliness of Airhandler Fan blades and motor were acceptable Fan grates are heavily rusted Condenser coils were acceptable Washed condenser coils from the inside out Recommended new emergency drain pan, level 2 duct cleaning, UV system for biological growth and compressor saver
