Michael was great. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue. Had my air up and running in no time. For that I’m thankful, as it’s starting to heat up in Texas. I also appreciate that he was able to come out on a Saturday. The downside is that everything is so expensive with this company
Zak, my service technician, was nice and took care to try to explain and make sure I understood the issue and what was needed to resolve it. I also appreciate how quickly someone was scheduled to come out and the respect shown for my time through communication of expected arrival time.
I was able to get the tune up service at a promotional discount of $50, instead of $200. I was happy with that price, but it’s only temporary. The regular price of $200 seems a bit steep, especially since the service is supposed to be conducted twice a year. To reduce my annual tune up cost, I signed up for the $20 monthly membership so I can have my HVAC serviced for “free” twice a year. I still come out cheaper. However, I don’t like having to pay for a subscription, and I feel the regular price, without subscription or promotion, is too expensive.
I have had my new system for 2 years now.after a factory malfunction i have had nothing but good to say about this company.allthough i thought it was on the higher price i know i dont have to deal with lower price warrant. I rest easy knowing this company will be there when i call. I did have a problem this past summer and it was july 4. System was not cooling. I call just knowing i was going to get some kind of line but to my suprize they sent a man out told me there was a leak they charged the system so i would be cool . Next morning they arrived with the part had it up and running in a short time. These people are no1 from the first girl i talked to to the one that approved the fix the tech that came all the way back to the girl that called me back to make sure i was cool for the night.
The service gentleman was very business-like and discussed the procedure which he was following to check my heating system. He was customer service oriented.
Very informative answer every question explain everything he was doing
Crew arrived at 1030am but it was 3 am the next day before they got system up and running
Ryan was very polite and informative, he checked my AC unit and told me the issue, but I decided to contact the contractor that installed the unit.
Customer has a home that was built in 1911 and doing construction on it looking at cooling a couple of rooms while doing so with many split quote given and they will discuss it
On arrival system running and cooling producing 18 degrees cooling. Indoor unit clean and drain lines flowed when flushed. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing and the condenser was clean. System running and cooling as I left.
For this Super tune up inspected the customers 1995 air handler and condenser. During inspectection we leak searched the evaporator coil and found a leak in it. While inspecting the condenser we performed superheat check and the system is over charged on refrigerant causing the compressor to pull high running and startup amps. Due to the current condition and age of the system I do not recommend any repairs at this time it would be more cost effective for the customer to replace the system where they will have warranties and the system will be more efficient. Customer would like to sit down and discuss replacement options with a project manager Monday 21 April between 6-8pm.
Gave estimates for misc repairs. Customer stated that he had people to di the work. He just wanted to know what our price would be. He would not sign invoice. Sent estimates to email on file
For this evaluation the customers furnace was cooling however the systems blower wouldn't turn off. The thermostat was set for electric system and not a furnace so once I changed the setting and changed the blower off delay to 60s instead of 180s the system shut off like it was supposed to. I tested the system multiple times and the system continued to shut off like like it is programmed to. Customer would like to have a plumber come out Monday 14 April to give him a quote to replace some toilet parts and also look at his cast iron plumbing.
System running and cooling producing 17 degree delta. Indoor unit is very dusty. Recommended installing an electrostatic or polarized filter for a 16 by 25 to prevent further dust in system. Recommended compressor saver kit (hard start kit) for condenser to help compressor start easier and last longer. System cooling as I left.
Checked faucet and shower issue could not be recreated did have to reinstall aeroater it seemed to have been removed ....this was not a call bk shower was not leaking customer refused to pay service fee
Quoted a level 2 portable gasoline generator for $7,422
Gave estimates from ac lead for water heater gave multiple options customer did explain she was already upset with comfort experts and we want to do our best to resolve that concern
During this visit I discovered a dirty filter. Hes going to buy a new one today.
During this visit I looked at both heating and cooling. I also installed a closet disconnect. The heating side tested in tolerance and cooling did as well. The system is now washed and has a clean filter and is ready for cooling.
For this super tune-up I inspected the customer's air handler and condenser. Overall the system was running well in both heating and cooling modes, with the heat strips also pulling the correct amount of amperage. I tightened up high voltage connections as some were loose. I left the house in heat mode and set to 74⁰. Customer would like to have her water heater inspected as it is from 2006, and also corroded around the heating elements, and has never been flushed. Customer is interested in talking to an advisor about getting a generator for her home. She would like Jerred and the Generator Advisor to come out at the same time if possible Thursday March 20.
For this job I pulled a vacuum on the customers mini split system and Added 8.5lbs of 410A. I tested the system in both heating and cooling and the system ran well. I did inform the customer that because of the previous work that was done to the system, not by our company, that I cannot guarantee that the system will work exactly as it is supposed to with the system having been exposed to moisture and brazed back to repair the leak. I pulled a vacuum for 45 minutes for both line sets to try and get as much moisture and non condensables out of the system and copper lines.
For this evaluation the customer had his shop mini Split repaired. He needs a vacuum pulled to recover any non condensables in the lineset that can damage the metering device. I am Pausing job and booked for Saturday 8 March, first call for rec work please.
Installed insulation Indoor txv And new lineset
