Michael was great. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue. Had my air up and running in no time. For that I’m thankful, as it’s starting to heat up in Texas. I also appreciate that he was able to come out on a Saturday. The downside is that everything is so expensive with this company
Zak, my service technician, was nice and took care to try to explain and make sure I understood the issue and what was needed to resolve it. I also appreciate how quickly someone was scheduled to come out and the respect shown for my time through communication of expected arrival time.
I was able to get the tune up service at a promotional discount of $50, instead of $200. I was happy with that price, but it’s only temporary. The regular price of $200 seems a bit steep, especially since the service is supposed to be conducted twice a year. To reduce my annual tune up cost, I signed up for the $20 monthly membership so I can have my HVAC serviced for “free” twice a year. I still come out cheaper. However, I don’t like having to pay for a subscription, and I feel the regular price, without subscription or promotion, is too expensive.
I have had my new system for 2 years now.after a factory malfunction i have had nothing but good to say about this company.allthough i thought it was on the higher price i know i dont have to deal with lower price warrant. I rest easy knowing this company will be there when i call. I did have a problem this past summer and it was july 4. System was not cooling. I call just knowing i was going to get some kind of line but to my suprize they sent a man out told me there was a leak they charged the system so i would be cool . Next morning they arrived with the part had it up and running in a short time. These people are no1 from the first girl i talked to to the one that approved the fix the tech that came all the way back to the girl that called me back to make sure i was cool for the night.
The service gentleman was very business-like and discussed the procedure which he was following to check my heating system. He was customer service oriented.

On this job I looked at both heating and cooling. The system makes 130° suction line temp. Back up heat works well 20 amps each. Cooling has a td of 20° . The system could benefit from a new uv light bulb and a cut and pull cleaning.

Submitted estimate for 2 200A panel upgrade options. Panel needed to be updated in order to properly feed 240v air handler. Only 2 heat strips are being fed. Air handler requires another 59A 240v circuit.

11/26/24 Today I showed up for a membership super tune-up upon my arrival homeowner was reserved and directed me straight to the garage where she handed me my filter and instructed me to move and exercise bike and stack of drywall among other things out of the way so I could access the gas furnace she informed me that she was working and in the middle of a conference call I asked her if this was not a good time if we needed to reschedule she advised that she only needed 10 more minutes to finish the conference call and then she would be available she showed me to the thermostat so I could get started and then went back to work immediately I tried to turn the thermostat into cool mode the thermostat is completely non-responsive the LCD screen is lit up but it doesn't respond if you put it in heat mode or cool mode or try to turn the temperature up or down I decided to go ahead and move everything so I could access the unit and gain access to the backyard as well and started taking pictu

Arrived at customers house for evaluation System has been worked on by some one in her family and safeties are basically jumped out and some type on animal has gotten to the wires both in and outside the unit Recommended wires to be redone, new thermostat, and new wet switch Customer wants to talk about a new unit pause for advisor wants to see one on Monday at 10am
