Michael was great. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue. Had my air up and running in no time. For that I’m thankful, as it’s starting to heat up in Texas. I also appreciate that he was able to come out on a Saturday. The downside is that everything is so expensive with this company
Zak, my service technician, was nice and took care to try to explain and make sure I understood the issue and what was needed to resolve it. I also appreciate how quickly someone was scheduled to come out and the respect shown for my time through communication of expected arrival time.
I was able to get the tune up service at a promotional discount of $50, instead of $200. I was happy with that price, but it’s only temporary. The regular price of $200 seems a bit steep, especially since the service is supposed to be conducted twice a year. To reduce my annual tune up cost, I signed up for the $20 monthly membership so I can have my HVAC serviced for “free” twice a year. I still come out cheaper. However, I don’t like having to pay for a subscription, and I feel the regular price, without subscription or promotion, is too expensive.
I have had my new system for 2 years now.after a factory malfunction i have had nothing but good to say about this company.allthough i thought it was on the higher price i know i dont have to deal with lower price warrant. I rest easy knowing this company will be there when i call. I did have a problem this past summer and it was july 4. System was not cooling. I call just knowing i was going to get some kind of line but to my suprize they sent a man out told me there was a leak they charged the system so i would be cool . Next morning they arrived with the part had it up and running in a short time. These people are no1 from the first girl i talked to to the one that approved the fix the tech that came all the way back to the girl that called me back to make sure i was cool for the night.
The service gentleman was very business-like and discussed the procedure which he was following to check my heating system. He was customer service oriented.
Very informative answer every question explain everything he was doing
Crew arrived at 1030am but it was 3 am the next day before they got system up and running
Ryan was very polite and informative, he checked my AC unit and told me the issue, but I decided to contact the contractor that installed the unit.
For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home they stated their AC was only blowing hot air. At the condenser the fan was running however I could hear the compressor trying to turn on but not running. I checked the capacitor and the hermetic side was basically flat, so I replaced it with a new one and everything kicked on like it should. Upon leaving it was blowing out at 60°.
Performed system evaluation Frozen indoor coil and lines Heat pump - thawed lines Performed leaked search - no leak in indoor Leak found on bottom of outdoor coil Unable to test refrigerant levels due to instant freeze Recommended system replacement Comfort advisor scheduled Tuesday 9-12 am System condenser left on off - indoor on air circulation
Arrived for rec work Installed new eval coil and filter dryer System running before I left
Could not replicate noise, asked customer if it would be possible to get the noise recorded and hold off till the slow season as we are in peak demand and need to get to customers that are without cooling
Arrived for eval Customer stated the system wasn’t cooling by Ran test and added a little refrigerant to see if pressure changed Confirmed that there is a leak in the indoor coil. Related information to customer Customer would like to go ahead and do coil and a filter too Holding for parts
Customer States the unit makes a loud rumbling noise before it starts up, but not a metal on metal sound. I tested the unit in heating and cooling modes but could not replicate the same sound he was hearing. I tightened all the screws I could see, upon leaving the system was running fine.
Techs Cody and Mark arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. At the inside unit, the temp split was a good 22 degrees, the blower was clean, the coil was clean, both plenums were sealed and clean, the drain was clear and had a drain switch. Outdoors we washed the unit and waxed it, the compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range, and the refrigerant charge was correct. I made the homeowner aware of the benefits of a compressor saver, antimicrobial pan treatment, and a IAQ 200 UVV light which she declined at this time.
This system is r22 the blower motor is stuck on and does shut off. The compressor wires have exploded.. I would recommend system replacement.
On this job the system had an L6 error code. After replacing the cap the system started right up. The system is now back online and cooling.
Arrived for STU All componets were working and in tolerance beside cap Replaced cap under warranty Recommend IAQ 200, coil clean, blower clean, duct clean, insulation, compressor saver, and membership upgrade Filter size 310 April air
Ran small hand auger through drain pipe for ac system in hall closet cleared stoppage. Poured a gallon of water through drain did not backup.
Drainline is funneled into house plumbing line (cast iron) which is backing up and overflowing onto the floor. Refer to plumber.
Installed new condenser coil and added warranty refrigerant Tested all components and everything was testing within spec
