Upon arrival customer stated the system was not functional. Customer also stated the he changed thermostats due to the previous thermostat not working properly. During evaluation found the low voltage fuse was blown, talked with customer about replacement of the fuse and installing new thermostat. The system is a year old and customer wants to check with the company that installed it before making any repairs. Was unable to complete and tune up due to the system being non functional at this time. Will pause for now till they hear from the install company. Customer will call us back to either do the repairs and tune up or just the tune up Completed tune up today. Checked all components of the Airhandler and found no issues all components are functional and within manufacture range All Heatpump components are functional but found that the compressor is slightly over its manufacture rating for inrush amps.
