Upon arrival customer stated system would not heat properly and the Heatpump would continuously cut on and off. During evaluation found the Heatpump to going out on high head pressure and the X-13 blower motor not running in the airhandler. Checked high and low voltage to the blower motor, the motor was getting proper high and low voltage but not running. X-13 Blower motor has failed.
