PRV had failed due to debris in the water service line from a recent damage to the water main by a digging contractor. Pressure was slowly creeping higher when static. Once a faucet was opened, the water flow would drastically decrease. The pressure drop per fixture was 35psi. With the new PRV installed and set to 65psi, the pressure drop per fixture is now 4psi.
