On arrival water pressure was at 80 psi. When water running its drop 15psi sign of a bad prv. The prv was replace under warranty. Prv was set 65psi when running water pressure stay steady never drop. On return trip found that the street pressure was at 160 switch mean we needed to install a high pressure prv. Customer was only responsible for the material cost of the valve.
