Ricky was kind, patient, understanding, professional, highly knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and above all else, just an all around wonderful person. He explained every step of the process. He kept me informed and worked diligently to find the issue. It was not a quick process due to the way the plumbing is for my house; however, Ricky was determined to uncover the issue and fix it.
