Trane Package Unit - Back half of home System nit heating due to a failed inducer motor. The blades on the inducer rusted and sheared off. There is a decent amount of rust inside the system and on the lower cells of the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is compromised and the blower motor is seeping oil. The system is 13 years old and at the tail end of its life expectancy. I went over repairs and a few options to address the present issue.
