Homeowner has a brizo water filter faucet with a clogged aerator. Homeowner has a delta widespread faucet in which the hot side of the faucet does not shut off. Homeowner also has a Zurn black top PRV that is reading approximately 80 PSI. I removed the Zurn black top PRV and installed a new Watts 25AUB. Installed the new pressure regulator on pex, house I already equipped with 2 pex quarter turn ball valves, both before and after the PRV. Set new PRV to 65 PSI. I was unable to contact delta today as they are closed on New Year’s Eve, I will need to return to contact delta and have the parts issued under warranty as the homeowners are the original purchasers of the faucets.
