Today I came out for Rheem system not heating. Upon arrival the thermostat was set to 68, but was reading 59. System was in lockout mode because it couldn’t sense the flame because the flame sensor was dirty and had too much sut build up. I cleaned the flame sensor and system fired up. The filter was caked with dirt and debris. We changed the filter as a courtesy. After going over all options, Mr. Johnson is going to get back to me if they would like to sign up for the Home Care Plan and move forward with any other work.
