JT our service technician arrived on time and did an excellent job with all the items contained in our order. It was clear to us that JT had all the technical knowledgable needed to complete the work he was performing for us. JT was very professional and courteous in all his interactions with my wife and I during the time he spent in our home. We have no reservations recommend him to other TE customers or having him back in our home for future work.
