Customer has a broken sanitary tee on their 3 inch stack as well as a cracked p trap on their laundry tie in. With the area of where the drains are located we will need to open up Sheetrock behind washer machine and cut out the entire section of drains to rework them. Current area has to much tension on the pipes causing them to start cracking. Update: replaced all waste piping that was damaged and also found another hole in the 3 inch stack where someone at some point put a drill bit into. Cut drywall higher in order to replace that section as well. New washer box and repiped hot and cold lines to tie back into system. Master bathroom toilet upstairs was rocking so pulled that to see what was going on and they had a broken offset flange. Made the customer aware of the issues that these cause and they will eventually have to open up the ceiling and repipe area for a new riser and flange. This will require the flooring to be repaired after as well. Did a flange repair on offset flange
