Customers' basement level and upstairs level guest bathroom. Both had tubs with three handle shower valves that were leaking. Pressure on the house was at forty p.S I. As well, they had a leaking hose bib on the side of the house, leading towards the crawl space. A customer agreed to have the 3 handle shower valves, p r v and hosebib replaced. I did so by turning the water off at the street. And then replacing all three valves for both tubs. I then got into the crawl space and removed the old prv and emergency shut off and installed a new one of each. I then uninstalled the old hose bib and installed a new one with new emergency shutoff on the inside of the crawl space. I then turned the water back onto the house and primed, everything I unchecked for leaks as well as sufficient aeration. I then plugged the tankless water heater back in and checked, to make sure there was adequate hot water getting to all of the fixtures. Walked the house with the customer and showed them all of the wo
