Re-piped water heater to bring up to current code requirements. Replaced and properly secured a new thermal expansion tank. Installed new StreamLabs Smart Water Shut-Off valve, and replaced leaking PRV. Pressure to the home was set, and confirmed at 65 PSI. Replaced and upgraded recirculation pump, as well as replaced the entire exposed return line. Also, roughed in a new customer provided wash sink in the unfinished basement area with new hot, cold, and drain piping. All work completed was thoroughly checked for leaks and proper functionality. Walk-through was completed with the customer and all work areas were thoroughly cleaned up. Payment was successfully collected and all devices connected to customers smart device.
