Customer had us out today due to an issue with their tub faucet. Faucet was. To getting any water on the hot side. We removed the cartridge and checked to make sure it wasn’t clogged or damaged. The cartridge seemed fine. We recommend further troubleshooting steps to find the issue. We also sent estimates for water heater replacement.
