Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on two newly installed Goodman systems that operate for main and upper levels. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressures switch tubings. Drain lines cleared. Safeties are good. Replaced two Model 213 media filters. Recommend Apco Ultra Air Purifier for both systems to add advanced air purification. Condenser electrical components are good. Noticed that AC disconnects are at ground level, which is not code. Disconnects should be elevated at least 3-4 feet from ground to avoid damage. Informed customer and management regarding matter. Systems are currently working.
