Customer decided we needed to open up the wall behind the master bathroom. This is a closet space. He had all of his personal belongings out of the way. And we agreed to open up the wall from the back of the lavatory all the way into this space, where the shower valve would be. And opened up and exposed the sanitary tea for the lavatory and sewer stack, leading to the vent through the ceiling. Was able to see on the sanitary tea that there was a leak as well after all of his belongings were out of the way was able to see that somebody used the sewer stack as a stud on the vent side of things. Customer agreed to have roughly 5 foot section of the three inch stack, replaced and the sanitary tee. Cut out the old stack and sanitary tea. And replaced. Cleaned up and allowed the glue to dry, where glued. Afterwards, we ran the faucet in the master bathroom on hot for roughly five minutes. And then turned it to cold.To test the one fernco, that is going to consistently see water. No leaks. Tha
