Troubleshoot outside GFIs that were not working and downstairs closest light fixture bulb that kepted blowing. Check and correct issues in 4gang box in laundry room, single gang box for the laundry room light, and 3gang box in kitchen hallway. We checked the light fixtures in the laundry and closest. Replace GFI on front column and right side of the house. Replace single pole switch for closest light. Repair damaged neutral in panel for the same circuit. Check voltage with heat gun and microwave on for unbalanced voltage. Voltage went from 124v to 122v. We didn’t leave until the flickering was corrected. Everything tested and working properly. Due to numerous electrical issues that we found, with only checking a few things, a whole home inspection is recommended. When we checked the meter we noticed a Square D breaker in a Siemens meter disconnect. It appears it was put there by the pool guys, as it is for the pool.
