As we arrived today Harrison explained to us he had a couple of breakers in his panel that were tripping. He also explained that he had already had a couple of breakers replaced that we’re doing the same thing. The breakers and question are the Eaton BR dual function breakers. The original breakers were installed in the panel in 2017. Unfortunately this style breaker in that timeframe had a lot of problems and are replaced very frequently. Harrison already had a 20 amp dual function BR breaker in his possession. We removed the existing 20 amp breaker and replaced it with a new one that he had and we also provided and installed a 15 amp BR dual function breaker for the defective one. Once both breakers were in place they both worked properly after all connections were made. It was great meeting you today Harrison!
