Instal two 12 year warranty water heaters because of bursting due to age, up to code and leak alarm set next to the water heaters. Also adding a new Alpha Recirc pump, we also added an ion 6 water purifier to add in reducing wear and tear. We recommend having and hvac technician fix the b vent so as to help pass inspection.
