Arrived to inspect ductwork on 3 ton Carrier Heat pump system. There is currently a 14" and 8" flex duct going into uninsulated return plenum. Supply plenum is insulated but is a little short on supply ductwork with 3-8", 1-6" and 1-10" supply flex duct. Interior of return plenum and existing ductwork is dirty and recommended duct cleaning be performed. There is a pan switch installed on the opposite side of air handler drain line. Recommended additional flood protection, a wet switch, be installed. A 8" supply flex duct goes down through main level to crawl space. Flex duct runs across to other side of home to an 8x6x6 wye going to two rooms in back of home. The 8" flex in crawl space has been torn by some unknown animal and needs replacement. Insufficient air flow can cause system to not be able to heat or cool home properly as well as premature failure. Created estimates for repairs needed to the entire system.
