Replaced customer supplied fill valve and TE supplied flapper on 2nd toilet, replaced supply line on 3rd floor toilet, cut hole in ceiling in 1st floor office to diagnose leak. Found leak is coming from something upstairs which has also damaged the laundry room base board. Referred mitigation for damages and to trace down leak instead of cutting holes everywhere to trace leak.
