Replace water service line from water meter to house by means of boring. Replace pressure regulator valve and main water shutoff in crawl space. At time of water service replacement, flush Navien tankless water heater to descale heat exchanger. Directional bore from the water meter through the penetration into the crawlspace. We replaced the main water shut off and the PRV then connected the existing hose bib. We also tied into the existing copper waterline inside the house. We then flushed out the existing tankless water heater. Restored water to the system and checked for leaks. We found no leaks at this time. We then tested everything and set the pressure to 65 psi.
