As always your staff was very professional and courteous. The ladies who answered the phone were caring of the situation and worked to have a technician arrive as soon as possible. James called ahead and arrived at the stated time. He identified and explained the issue. Answered my questions and provided several options to resolve the issue. I found the quote to be very reasonable and right on target when I research competitors. I have used TE Electrical in the past and will definitely use TE services in the future.
