Found thermal expansion tank leaking. Existing exp tank is unsupported and undersized. Found water pressure was extremely low at 30psi. Replaced 1"prv and thermal exp tank to code. Talked with himeowner about their whole house filter being undersized and deopping the pressure from 55psi to 20 when 3 faucets were ran. Gave esstimate to replace whole house filter.
