When testing outdoor pump notice that electrical components were out of range, then proceeded to test compressor windings and found it has failed. defrost boar had burn marks and system had a refrigerant leak. Costumer also mentioned that he is been dealing with the leak for a while now, having to fill up system with refrigerant every 6-8 months Let costumer know about this issues and have him options.
